Eligibility Criteria For PCS :

>> Candidate must be graduate from any recognized university.

>> Those candidate are also eligible which are in last year of graduation.

>> Candidate must be citizen of India.

>> Candidate must be under 21-30 years , 3 years of age relaxation for BC candidate and 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidate.

>> Male/Female both are eligible.

LET SEE THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

* you must be passed graduate with any stream or subject from the recognized university.

* age should be 21 to 30 years.

* age relaxation for obc 3 years, for sc/st 5 years.

* you must be indian.


LIMIT OF ATTEMPTS:-

* general = 4 times

* obc = 7 times

* sc/st = no limits.

PCS stands for Punjab civil service exam.The exam is a combined cometitive exam conducted by Punjab public service commission.

Eligibility for PCS exam:

1.Educational Qualification:-A candidate should posses a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
2.candidate should not be less than 21 year & more than 37 year of age.
(the age relaxation is provide according to the Govt rules)
3.The candidate should have a Indian citizenship.

These are the basic required qualifications for PCS exam.

matriculation
--must have a domicile of punjab state
--completed graduation from a recognized university
--age- 21-34yrs and 40 yrs for physically handicaps
--should fulfil all medical standards

• PCS i.e punjab civil services and this examination is conducted by the punjab public service commission (PPSC).

• It has three stages which is preliminary exam, main exam and last interview.
• For that, your's completion of graduation in any stream is essential.
• You must have studied the punjabi subject in the class 10th.
• The lower age limit stated for it is 21 years and the upper age limit prescribed for it is 37 years.
• Age relaxations is applicable here for reserved category.

You must have a minimum of Graduation

The minimum age must be 21 years

Maximum age is allowed up to 30 years

There will be an age relaxation for the reserved candidates

And


SC/ ST --- 5 YEARS

OBC -- - 3 YEARS


OC --- NO AGE RELAXATION


So beyond this age limits ...you are not eligible to apply for it
