Friend there is no age relaxation for the state government employee in the Civil service exam.

Here I write the age criteria

General candidate: 21 to 30 years

    SC/ST candidate: 21 to 35 years

OBC candidate: 21 to 33 years

    Number of attempts

    General candidate: 4 attempts

    OBC candidate: 7 attempts

    SC/ST candidates: No limit

So friend you can't get any age relaxation and your attempt is over.
