Now coming to the fee structure for the various institutes are explained as below:

Coaching institutes offers preparations in two plans:

One is the regular mode and other is in the weekend mode .Generally the fee structure for the both the modes are almost same.

The fee structure ranges from 40000 to 50000 rupees .However it may vary from one institute to other institute ,for some it may be 42000 ,for some it may be 45000 and etc.

For weekend courses ,also it may be around 35000 to 45000 rupees.

If you want to really want to be an IAS officer.
Then go in RAU's institute of IAS coaching.
It is india's most popular and oldest institute for IAS coaching.
Also most of selected IAS are the student of RAU's institute.
It will provide you two type of class.
weekend class and regular classes.
If you choose weekend classess then you have to pay 60 thousand only.
If you choose regular classes then you have to pay 95 thousand only.
this fees for all three year.

Here you can get good study material as well as guidance.

The fee structure for the civil service exam in delhi 10000 to 50 thousands. It can vary as per institute and their facility.
