You can find the syllabus of CDS exam in the notification itself.You can also check out the website of UPSC where you can find the archived notifications in the examination link and there you can check the syllabus.For question papers,you will not have separate questions for each stream of engineering or science or commerce etc.You can get the questions also in the website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in in the Previous year question papers link.
