TO APPLY FOR UPSC AND MPSC BOTH YOU NEED TO GO THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE FOR THE SAME AND APPLY ONLINE ONLY .

I AM NOT SURE ABOUT MPSC BUT YES, FOR UPSC YOU HAVE to apply online mode only BECAUSE NO OTHER MODE OF APPLICATION

WILL BE ACCEPTED .
