NO YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CDSE.

CDSE allows entry in IMA-a entry in army
age limit is 19 to 24 years(at the time of commencement of the course,not at the applying)

OTA-a entry in army
age limit is 19 to 25 years(at the time of commencement of the course,not at the time of applying)

AFA-a entry in air force
age limit is 19 to 23 years(at the time of commencement of the course,not at the time of applying)

NA-a entry in navy
age limit is 19 to 22 years(at the time of commencement of the course,not at the time of applying).

Your age is 24+.
There is no age relaxation provided in case of defence.
Yes there are relaxation in other government jobs but defence is an exceptional case.

So you are not eligible.

there is no matter with your percentage but ...

>> you can get any relaxation as a government employee.

just you can apply till 31 year for open and .

for SC/ST you can apply till 35 year thats it.

UPSC conduct the exam of CDS (Combined DefenceService) .

The examination comes under CDS is : IMA( IndianMilitary Academy) , INA (Indian Naval Academy), AFA (Air Force Academy),OTA ( Officers Training Academy

Age Limit:

For Indian Military Academy 19-24years
For Naval Academy 19-22 years
For Air Force Academy 19-23 years
For Officer's Training Academy 19-25years

Educational Qualification:

For IMA & OTA : Degree from anyrecognized university

For Naval Academy : B.Sc with Physics &Mathematics OR Bachelor of Engg.

For Air Force Academy : B. Sc. with Physics& Mathematics OR Bachelor of Engg.

There is no age relaxation, therefore you can not apply for CDS exam.

Sorry to say that you are not eligible for CDS exam because you are not fulfill the eligibility criteria in your subject stream and age. you crossed the above age limit that's why you are not eligible.

the eligibility for CDS is

Must be graduate with subject maths and physics from recognized university
student who are appering the final year exam are also eligible

and your age is in between 21* to 24
