you want to take part in CPF that is fine and so that you have to follow this:

Central police force exam is conducted by UPSC for the post of Assistant commandant.

Eligibility for CPF AC exam;-

****You must be passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university its equivalent.Final year candidates are also eligible.

***Both males and female are eligible for CISF and CRPF,SSB and male candidates are eligible for BSF and ITBP.

**Your age should be between 20-25 years.

**Age relaxation is given to reserved category students.

5 years age relaxation for sc/st,3 years for obc category.

***You must be physically as well as mentally fit.

This exam selection process consist three stages;-

Written examination;-

Paper;-General ability and intelligence-250 marks

Paper 2-General studies,essay and comprehension-200 marks

Physical standard and medical standard;-

1-100 meter race in 16 seconds

2-800 meter race in 3 minutes 45 seconds

3-Long jump-3.5 meter(3 chances)

Interview,After clearing above stages,you will be called for Interview test.
