dear aspirant,
to become an ias you have to write the civil service exam
civil service has three stages
1.prelims
2.mains
3.interview
to apply for the exam you need the following qualificationd
1.you must be an indian citizen
2. you must be between 21 to 30 yrs
3.you must be a degree holder
if you want to apply for ias after your completion of degree you are recommended to join a coaching centre in the final year

I will give you the detailed information regarding the " INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES "

You must have a minimum of " GRADUATION " from a recognized university

And the minimum age must be 21 years






Maximum age is allowed up to 30 years

of course there will be an Age relaxation for the reserved candidates...

Your choice is great.you can become IAS officer after B.tech/appearing in final year.

you have to apply civil services exam which is conducted by upsc every year.

you have start preparation from now to crack this exam.

IAS exam eligibility;-

----you must be graduate from a recognized university. there is no percentage requirement.

-----Age limits is 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category students.

AGE RELAXATION;-

obc category-3 years

sc/st category-5 years

ph candidates-10 years.

Number of attempts'-

General-4 times

obc category-7 times

sc/st category-no limit
