To give Civil services exam, candidate should have attained 21 years of age and should not have attained 30 years of age for general category candidates.

There is Upper age relaxation as per the government guidelines.

The minimum age is 21 years and maximum is 33 years for OBC Category.

The minimum age is 21 years and maximum is 35 years for SC/ST Category.

As you belong to general category, your maximum age limit is 30 years only, there is no special reservation for female candidates.

It is same for both male and female candidates.

Even there is also restriction on the number of attempts given for this exam.

4 attempts are allowed for general category.

7 attempts are allowed for OBC Category.

No bar for SC/ST Category.

Here is the detailed information::

The candidate must be a graduate from any recognized university. Even final year pursuing graduates can apply.

The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable in the follwing cases:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
You must be a citizen of India,
or,You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently India,before 1962.
You must be 21 to 30 years of age.
However,the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3
years for OBC candidates.
YOU MUST HAVE QUALIFIED YOUR GRADUATION OR EQUIVALENT,WITH ANY SUBJECT,FROM A

OBC : 21 to 33 years
SC/ST : 21 to 35 years

The eligibility criteria for a general female candidates in Civil Services Exam is same as for other general candidates.

There is no difference in eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam on the basis of gender.

The Eligibility criteria for General Candidates for the Civil Services Exam is
Nationality- Indian
Minimum Academic Qualification- A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
Age limit:- 21-30 years.

The eligibility criteria for the women in the civil services exam

Is almost same as the criteria of the male candidates

Here is the criteria for the women for the civil services exam:

Educational qualification: The candidate should be pass in graduation from a

Recognized indian university

Or a final year student can also apply for the exam

Age limit: The age limit for the exam is 21-30

And the age criteria for the obc candidates is

Relaxation given to them of 3 years

And to the sc/st candidates the relaxation given is of 5 years

And for the ph candidates it is 10 years

And as you said the upper age limit for the women

for the general it is 30 and for obc it is 33

And for the sc.st it is 35 and for the ph it is 40
