Dear if you are passed only class 10th then you will have to complete your qualification first which is required for this post and you must have following eligibility

A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institute and your age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates

Dear this is the normal eligibility criteria but Tehsieldar post comes under state public service commission examination so that states keeps age limits according to their own facilities and you will have to complete your bachelor's degree first at any cost then only you will be able to apply for state PSC examination

There are also two exams which are as prelims and mains exam in state PSC also and you will have to qualify both exams then you will be eligible for interview process so first of all complete 12th class then begin your preparation for this examination and get the job
