Yes, There are some institute in Kanpur where you can join. i am mention some
name below. But if you can go outsite of Kanpur then it will be more better for you.
because for UPSC you need much more guide and preparation. So you need to join
that. Your nearer place like Pune. and if possible that Delhi will be best.
