2013 cse pattern changed. But the commission rolled back. What's the final pattern from now..1 or 2 optionals? & only english or 2 languages?

As it's heard that commission rolled back with the pattern change decision. What's the fate now?
-again 2 languages will be there instead of english
-and/or- two optionals instead of one will be there
    -and/or- 2 general studies papers instead of 4 ?
    please confirm
