Every exam that is conducted by the UPSC,its question paper is available in the official website only
which is www.upsc.gov.in.

Just visit the website ,you will find the link called PREVIOUS QUESTION PAPERS.

dear aspirant,Eligibility criteria for IES exam
1.candidate a citizen of India.
2.B.Tech from a recognized university with any subjects.
3.AGE LIMIT IS 21 TO 30 years
4.Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and ex-servicemen & by 3 years for OBC and Physically Handicapped candidates.
5.Final year students are also applicable.

I have attached some question papers to prepare for IES/ISS - Indian Economic Services or Indian Statistical Services Exam 2013 so please download all the papers and prepare well for exam

You should have a master's degree in economics or business economics or applied economics or econometrics from a recognized university and your age should not be less than 21 years and more than 32 years and relaxation in age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates

yes you can have the previous years question papers of the INDIAN ECONOMIC SERVICES EXAM,

all you have to do is just got the official website of upsc,
the official website of upsc is www.upsc.gov.in

and you can easily download the previous years question papers of the indian economic services exam.
and can do better preparation.

Indian Economics Service Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Once in a year . This year notification was not declared yet .

Important dates ::

~~ Date of Notification :: 18.08.12
~~ Last date for receipt of application :: 17.09.12
~~ Date of examination :: 01.12.12

Age should have a minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years .

Select the 'Previous Year Question Papers' and select then the year whichever you want.

Then you scroll down to the Indian Economics Service and select the paper whichever you want.
