Can I attend IAS exam in my native language i.e., Tamil? I completed UG in Computer background and working in an IT company. Which optional subject suits me best?

Hi dude,

I have completed my UG in computer background and now am working an IT company for my family situation. But my aim become as IAS Officer. So am prepared upsc examination.Can you tell me which one of the subjct is useful and really helpful for me to choose as optional in main examination.And i want know can i attend the exam in my mother toung tamil or english which is very important?
