    no friend you can not give upsc exam

    to apply for upsc civil service exam,either you would be pursuing degree final year or would have completed your graduation from recognized university in any discipline

    you must attained the minimum age of 21 years and maximum age is 30(it should not exceed from 30 for general)

    you must be indian

    medically fine

    through civil service exam,one can join in

    -IPS
    -IAS
    -other civil service

    if you posses above mentioned criteria then yes can apply for upsc civil service exam

    Yes, you are eligible to apply for UPSC examinations of
    Indian Administrative Service (IAS),
    Indian Police Service (IPS),
    Combined Defense Service (CDS) ,
    Central Police Force (CPF),
    and many more...

    Because as per notifications appearing/appeared final year of Graduation can be consider as Graduates.But at the time of Interview sessions you have to submit certificates....

    Well sorry to say you are not eligible for UPSC examination.

    UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission.

    The minimum eligibility for UPSC is you have to complete the graduation from any recognized university.

    And your age should have 21-30 years.

    As a pre-final year candidate you are not eligible for UPSC exams.

    Sorry you are not eligible for the exam in the pre-final year but you can apply for the exam either in the final year of your graduation of after you complete your graduation.
    The age limit for the exam is 21-30 yrs.

    Pre-final year candidates are not eligible to apply for the UPSC examination . The candidate must have a compulsory completed degree course or pursing in the final year of degree candidates are eligible to apply for the UPSC examination . But being 3rd year students are not eligible to apply for UPSC Any examination .

    IES Exam is conducted for engineering candidates every year and to apply for this examination , the candidate must have a finished their engineering degree course in any discipline or equivalent qualification . Final year of engineering degree course may also eligible to apply for this examination . But pref-final year are not eligible .

    The candidate must have a minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years at the time of appearing for this examination and Upper age limits is applicable for reserved categories . 33 years for OBC candidates and 35 years for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes .

    So you can apply for the IES examination in next calendar year of UPSC examination and the application forms are available in the Online mode and there is no offline mode application forms .This year IES Exam notification has been released and the examination will be held in the month of 28/June/2013 .

    No friend, pre final year student can't apply for the Civil Service exam. Civil service exam is organized by the Union Public Service Commission at national level. To apply for the CSE you must satisfy the eligibility criteria: You should be graduated in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent. You can also apply in final year of graduation not in pre final year. Age should be 21 to 30 years Age relaxation ========= SC/ST + 5 years OBC + 3 years You must be the citizen of India. So friend you should wait for one year. Next year you will be eligible to apply for the Civil service exam.

    No the basic qualification required for appearing in UPSC exams is either graduation or in final year of graduation.Pre final year candidates are not eligible for applying in civil services or engineering services etc.You need to produce the passing certificate and final year marksheet at the time of interview for ES and at the time of Mains for Civil services.So if you are in pre final year you will not be able to produce all the testimonials.

    The basic qualification for the UPSc examination is to pass or appear the final year of the Bachelor degree in any discipline at any recognized university. So according to it, you can definitely appear for the examination. But you have to produce the final year degree certificates at the time of Interview.     from any university is eligible for ias exam.

    Yes, You can give UPSC Exam, Because for UPSC Exam minimum education qualification is Graduation in any field from Recognized University.


    Final Year Candidate can also apply from UPSC Exam, but candidate should verify before mains exam if he/she Clears prelims exam.

    No friend, student of the 3rd year B. Tech is not eligible to apply for the UPSC Civil Service exam.

    UPSC civil Service exam is conducted for the following administrative posts.

    IAS

    IPS

    IRS

    These are the most reputed post of India.

    Qualification

    You must have graduation degree in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent.

    You can also apply in final year of graduation.

    UPSC Conducts exams for various posts like



    Except for NDA Exam, the minimum educational qualification required is degree from recognized University.

    Final year students are also eligible to apply for the exams, but Pre-final year students are not eligible to give these exams.


    As you are pre-final year student, you are not eligible to give these exams now.

    NO PRE FINAL YEAR STUDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR APPLYING IN UPSC EXAMS.

    Actually there are no such exam for students of engineering who are studying in the third year of their course,UPSC exams are only for the graduate candidates or else for those who are studying in the final year of degree.

    After completing degree,or while studying in the final year of your degree you can apply for UPSC exams,but in pre-final year.

    You can apply for UES(University Entry Scheme)-a entry in air force,navy and army for the pre-final year students in engineering.

    this is sorry to say but the pre final year students are not allowed to give the upsc exam as there is no provision of the rule for giving the exam before the final year of your graduation. Although you can give the exam in your final year or after your graduation but you cannot give the exam in pre final year

    Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Indian Engineering Service Examination 2013

    You should have a bachelor's degree in engineering in any one of the following disciplines from a recognized university

    >> Civil Engineering
    >> Electrical Engineering
    >> Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
    >> Mechanical Engineering

    Should have passed section A and B of the institution examination of the institute of Engineers or

    Passed graduate membership examination of the institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers

    Your age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates
