The essential qualification for the UPSC CSAT examination is to pass the Bachelor degree in any discipline at any recognized university. So, you as the student of Bachelor in Computer science from a recognized university, you can appear for the examination. The age limit for the examination is within 21-30 years. The upper age limit for OBC is 03 years for SC/ST is 05 years. There is also restriction in number of attempts to appear the examination. Forbeing eligible in UPSC exam,you need to be a graduate in any subject and your age should not be more than 33 and less than 21.(without relaxation)
There is no bar of subjects in this exam but a few jobs require some specific diplomas and degrees..

Civil Services Exams(CSE) is conducted by UPSC every year to make recruitments to 24 services/posts.
-It consists of the Prelims/CSAT exam,Mains exam and Interview.
