Previous years questions are equally important .They are guidelines which suggest you whenever you go out of your track while preparing.By studying previous years questions you first understand the pattern in which questions are asked.

You keep 2-3 years of question papers and whenever you complete any topic just go through previous years question papers try to solve the questions asked from topics you have studied.

Sometimes while going through previous years question papers you know which portion has more weight-age however UPSC give equal weight-age to all sections.

Since you have not cleared about which optional you have taken I cannot upload all 25 optional papers questions of main examination.So I tell you to visit official websites of UPSC(www.upsc.gov.in) and download question paper as per your requirement.
