UPSC conduct Civil Services Exam every year. It depends on your capabilities. If you can manage both IAS Preparation and B.Tech then you need not to worry. else i will advice you first complete graduation then prepare for the exam. There will be no effect for you.By keeping proper planning you get success .But do not neglect B.Tech subjects because Graduation is the minimum educational qualification to apply any post. Must read daily news paper to gain knowledge on Current events and current affairs.Must keep on Practicing. You may get succeed in both examinations.

If you are doing a planed study then i am sure that you will crack this exam. Tips For Cracking exam is 1. Be confident 2. never think negative thinking in your mind 3. read news paper daily. reading newspaper is very beneficial for you because you cover a lot of awareness from this. 4. be regular that means continuity in your study is very important part of your preparation. 5. make a friend circle where you can discuss your problem related to UPSC best of luck
