if you are searching for the best coaching institute and the environment of the competition, then you must shift to delhi. Because there are many institutions in delhi which give excellent coaching and the environment over there is very much competitive, and that what matters the most. It boosts you up from inside to work even harder than the other guy.
Therefore you should go to delhi if you want some serious coaching for the upsc exam.

both delhi and madras are good places for the upsc exam preparation but in my opinion delhi is slightly better so you should opt to go to delhi for the preparations of upsc exams.

Upsc stands for the Union Public Service Commission

And they are conducting the civil services exam every year

And as a bds student after completing your graduation

You will be eligible for the exam or in final year also you can apply

First work hard is the only way to get success and as you said

You want to join a coaching institute then it would help

You very much in your preparation

And according to me the capital of our country delhi

Have better institutes for the coaching of the Ias and other upsc exam

It does not mean that in madras their are bad institutes

But as far from the selection % delhi institutes are very good

But the last choice will be your

The UPSC conducts the All-India level Open competitive examination for central Govt..But you have not mentioned the name of the examination that you want to appear. AS a BDS student, I think you only appear for the CSAT examination. There are a number of coaching centers in New Delhi and Madras. The best coaching center at Delhi is Rau's IAS study circle, Chanakya IAS academy and at Madras, Indian IAS Academy, Sathya IAS Academy & Shankar IAS Academy. best of Luck.
