Yes BNYS doters eligible for appearing in UPSC exam if they are graduate in any stream from any collage
But some conditions are required for this
Candidate age is between 21 to 30 years
He is also Indian citizen
In this exam the age limit is according to their category i.e (General,OBC,SC,ST) etc

dear friend,

in UPSC exams any graduate in any field with any percentage from recognized college or University can apply.
but in IES only Engineers and in CMS only MBBS graduates can apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

for UPSC exams you must complete or appearing in final year of graduation from recognized college or university.

your age must be within 21 years to 30 years.

And there is relaxation in UPPER AGE limit for reserved category candidates(3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates).
