Dear Aspirant

You are not eligible now After completing your graduation in Physiotherapy you will be eligible for appearing in civil services examination through which if you crack you become an IAS officer as that is the minimum educational qualifications besides that your minimum age should be 21 years after completing your graduation for applying for civil service examination.

You will have to apply for civil services examination and passed three phase of examination Preliminary,mains and personality test by preparing plan and studying smartly .

Friend Prasanna very nice you have the passion to become an IAS officer.You are right after Graduation You can

appear for IAS examination.Before applying for the IAS examination you are to go through IAS eligibility:-

IAS ELIGIBILITY:-

1.A Graduate or a final year candidate from the recognized University in any stream can write IAS exam.

2.AGE:General: 21-30 years, relaxations are there OBC: 3 years, S/C S/T: 5 years, PWD: 10 years.

3.Nationality: Indian.

4.Attempts: General: 4 attempts, OBC: 7 attempts, S/C S/T: No limit.

After the completion of Graduation following above eligibility you can try for UPSC IAS examination.

You are to clear preliminary/Mains exam.Interview to get the selection as per merit list.

hi sir,
i am prasanna compleated my 12 and opted for physiotherpy.now iam studying physiotherpy 1 year.but i want to become an IAS officer.
heard that one should compleat graduation to become IAS.so am i eligable to become IAS? and how?
