Relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines that will be provided on to reserved category candidates as per government guidelines that is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBCs

UPSC conduct Civil Services Exam every year for the posts of IAS, IPS, IRS etc.For Civil Services exam you need graduation in an stream with any percentage.
Sorry dear you can't apply for Civil Services Exam next year(2014). because being a OBC candidate you must not have attained the age of 33 years on 1 August,2014. but from your date of birth it is clear that you will attain the age of 33 years on 05 July 2014. So sorry you can't apply for the exam.

for OBC candidate the relaxation age limit is for 3 years i.e 33 years

the civil service age limit for general is 21-30 years


if you did your graduation or post graduation or pursuing final year,medically fine in all aspects,indian then you can give civil service exam

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to take civil services exam.

This is because you are not having the required age to take this exam.

You should have the age of 33 years.
