there is no such subject available like COMPUTER SCIENCE in upsc exam

choose another subjects as
there are some basic subjects as:
1. maths
2. english
3. Gk

Dear Aspirant
As I think you have little misunderstanding that in IES exam of UPSC
Computer Science is included,but my friend there is no paper in zuzpSC which demands for specialization in Computer Science
but if you want the syllabus of UPSC CIVIL Services exam then it is mentioned below
For GS
-Current Affairs
-Economics
-Geographics
-History
and general Science
For CSAT you must have good hand in Aptitude.

Hi,

Sorry to say that Computer Science subject is not included in any list of Optional Subjects of UPSC Exams.
So you have to choose another subjects for your Optional papers.

Dear Aspirant

UPSC conducts examination like civil service examination,engineering service examination,NDA,SCRA,CDS,IES/ISS.But in none of the examination there is computer science subject So it is difficult to say syllabus for Computer science subject for computer science students.However you may apply for civil service examination by selecting different subjects as your optional or you may apply for engineering services examination but you have to appear in the following paper Civil Engineering,Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.Minimum eligibilty criteria for both the examinations is graduate from any discipline from recognized university and minimum 21 years of age.
