To get the notification about job opportunities of UPSC and KPSC you are to know the tentative dates of notification then you can visit the official websites of UPSC & KPSC.eg http://www.upsc.gov.in &
http://www.kpsc.gov.in . You can get information in the local News Paper then National News paper
also in Employment news.So, I think "where there is a will there is a way"you will get the link.

there are a lot of examination conducted by UPSC such as
1) civil services exam
2) combined defense services exam
3) Indian Engineering service exam
etc
similarly KPSC conducts exam such as group-1,group 2 , group 3 group 4 etc

The upsc exams conducts exams for including Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Indian Revenue Service (IRS) among others.

The examination is conducted in two phases - the Preliminary examination, consisting of two objective-type papers (General Studies and Aptitude Test), and the Main examination.

First of all you have to clear in which exam you want to know about the job opportunities. IES, IAS, IFS or IPS exams.

For IAS/IPS exams you can get the job of Indian Administrative Service like DC Deputy Collector or DM deputy Magistrate and for IPS you can get Superintendent Of Police i.e. SP etc.

For IES examination you can get the job of Railway Engineering Stores, Central Engineering Services etc.

For SCRA you can go for the Railway Apprentice Examination.

Indian Administrative Services i.e. IAS and Indian Police Services i.e. IPS exams are conducted by UPSC.

You can apply online for these examinations at www.upsconline.nic.in

The eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

The Age limit for UPSC exam is 21 to 30 years on 1 August of Exam Year i.e. If you are appearing in 2012 UPSC exam then your age should between 2 August 1982 to 1 August 1991.

There is five years relaxation for the SC/ST candidates.

There are two types of written examination in UPSC.

UPSC Prelim exam and UPSC Mains exam. You will appear in UPSC Prelim exam first in which Objective type Questions are asked from General English, General Studies etc.

For UPSC Mains you have to choose Subjects. There are total 51 Optional Subjects in which 23 are from main subjects and 28 Language Subjects like Hindi, English, Bengali etc.
