Yes, it is true. It is really difficult to crack the IAS exam.

The IAS exam conducted by UPSC once in a Year. Every year many of the students are apply for the exam & try their luck but very few of them can beat the exam.The exam is very tough & competitive.

I know it is not a easy task to clear the exam successfully in 1st attempts but it is not impossible for you. If you have seriously prepared for the exam then definitely you should qualifying the exam & secured a good rank.

If you want to crack the exam then you must have to work & learn these points and follow them.

1.Punctuality
2.Time management
3.Focus
4.Hard work
5.Be systematic
6.Reading News paper Regularly
7.practicing previous years question papers
8.Join coaching centers for proper guidance

So,be prepared & work hard if you want to get selected. Don't worry work hard & try your best because hard work is the key of success.
