according to the eligibility criteria to apply for the upsc exam

you need to have graduation or engineering degree in any stream from recognized university under UGC.

so its a no for you dear

you can not apply for the upsc exams with graduation degree from a unrecognized university.

I'm sorry to say that you're not allowed to write the exam as UPSC considers only the colleges which are approved by UGC or AICTE.

sorry sir you are not eligible for the upsc exam. because upsc demand only the recognized university candidate.

please u try for the other competition exam. don't waste your time.

Sorry that you does not fill the criteria or not fall under criteria settled by UPSC and that why you are not eligible for the exams conducted by UPSC. Its compulsory that one should have done his or her graduatiion from recognized University.

I am sorry to say that You can't be eligible for the UPSC examination as you have done your B.E in and unrecognized university. Because the UPSC strictly goes through the educational qualification as pass or appear the Bachelors degree from any recognized University. So I am sorry to say. Thank You.
