What is the procedure to apply for the same? yes, you can apply for civil services exam procedure to apply : UPSC conduct various civil services exam choice the exam to which you are interested apply for that. civil services exams like IAS, IPS,IFS these exams have 3 parts to which you have to clear to clear whole civil services exam. 1. prelims 2. mains 3. interview. if you clear all three parts of this exam then you are selected.

Dear Friend, Yes, B.E is a graduation degree and after graduation every candidate are eligible for civil services examination. For civil services examination no percentage is required , if you just have passing marks in graduation then you are eligible for civil services examination. Candidate should be under 21-30 years.
