If BPSC releases any jobs ..then OTHER THAN BIHAR STATE CANDIDATES CAN APPLY FOR THE JOBS

UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission.
It is a commission which is responsible for recruitment of candidate at national level.Different sorts of services.UPSC conducts exams for such services
such as civil services like IAS.IPS.IFS,CPF(Central Police Force),CDSE(Combined Defence Forces) etc.

Where as BPSC(Bihar Public Service Commission) as the name only suggests it is only for the recruitment of civil services in Bihar state.

UPSC = UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
BPSC = BIHAR PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
As the names clearly indicates,UPSC is about Union govt and recruits for Union ministry.Your recruitment,work profile,payment,facilities and everything will be as per Central govt rules.Whereas in BPSC the power and all posting,rules,recruitment,selection and everything will be confined to the state of Bihar Only.There are Public service commission for each state in the country like that in Bihar. The state cadre officers get promoted to Central officers after a long time and after a very good record in State service.

& BPSC stands for Bihar public service commission.

BPSC is situated in Bihar.
& UPSC is situated in Delhi.

All the students of India take part on both the examination which are held by BPSC & UPSC.
