Yes my dear friend there is a limit for giving the upsc examination as all the paper conducted by the upsc have the age limits.
For the NDA exam-
Age limit = 16.5-19 years
No relaxation to anyone
CDS exam= 19-24 years
No relaxation to anyone
Upsc civil services
21-30 years
A relaxation of 3 and 5 years is given to the obc and the sc/st category respectively
Upsc IES exam
21-30 years is the age limit
A relaxation of 3 and 5 years is given to the obc and the sc/st category respectively

Well UPSC stands for Union Public Service Comission.They conduct various civil service exams like IAS,IES,IFS,IPS,CDS and NDA etc.

The age limit varies based upon the exam you are going to write.

For IAS,IES and IFS the age limit are

+ General Caste - 21 - 30 years

+ BC - 21 - 33 years

+ ST & SC - 35 years

For NDA exam the age limit is

+ All caste - 16.5 - 19 years

Union Public Service Commission civil service prelim exam is taken in May of every year.
For appearing in UPSC civil service exam the Minimum age irrespective of category is 21 years.
If you have any category a relaxation will be provided in the upper age limit which is as follows:

1. General Category : 30 years
2. SC/ST : 35 Years
3. OBC : 33 years
4. Handicapped persons : 40 years
5. Citizen of Jammu and Kashmir : 35 years
6. Ex-service men : 35 years.

After graduation, it mainly requires age limit of 21 to 30 years.

There is also a age relaxation provided to SC/ ST/ OBC category candidate as per government rule.

exam. As this exam is on 20 May when Civil service pmreils is also planned, is there any possibility that Prelims paper of objective nature of CS and this exam Paper I and II of objective nature will be one and the same? Or will they be different?

yes of course there are age limit to appear for the different upsc examination.
upsc conduct various examination throughout the year for the aspirants of INDIA.

National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA/NA)
Special Class Railway Apprentice Exam
Indian Forest Services Examination (IFS)
Central Police Forces Examination (CPF)
Civil Services Examination
Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS)
Combined Engineering Services Examination (IES)

all the above written examination are conducted by upsc.
and there is a proper age limit for every examination conducted by upsc.

the age limit for the upsc NDA examination is 16.5-19 years .
and there is no age relaxation for this examination

the age limit for the upsc SCRA examination is 17-21 years.
for this examination also there is no age relaxation for the aspirants .

the age limit for the CDS examination is
19-22 years for AFA
19-24 years for IMA
19-25 years for OTA
there is an age relaxation for 3 years for the OBC aspirants and
age relaxation of 5 years for the SC/ST aspirants .

the age limit for the upsc civil services examination is 21-30 years .
for this examination also there is an age relaxation of 3 years for the OBC category
and an age relaxation of 5 years for the SC/ST aspirants .

the age limit for the CPF examination is 19-25 years
for this examination also there is an age relaxation of 3 years for the OBC category
and an age relaxation of 5 years for the SC/ST aspirants .

UPSC stands for Union public service commission.Upsc will hold the exams for civil services.

Eligibility for UPSC:

You must complete your graduation from any recognized university.
Your age should in between 21-30 years.
You have the good communication skills.

Then the upper age limit will be applicable for ST/SC/OBC candidates.

The age limit for the exams like cds,cse,cms,Ies,Cpf,Ifs,NDA,SCRA

The Age Limit for CDS Exam:

-The Candidate should be pass in graduation for the exam

-The age limit for the IMA 19-24

-The age limit for the Indian naval 19-22

-The age limit for the IAF 19-23

-The age limit for the ota 19-25

The Age Limits for the CSE Exam :

-The Candidate must be pass in graduation

-The age limit is 21-30

-Their is relaxation for obc and sc,st 3 and 5 years

Age limits for the CMS Exam:

-The Candidate should be pass in mbbs degree

-The age should not be more than 32

The Age limit for the IES Exam:

-The Candidate should be pass in b.tech from a recognized university

-The candidate age should be between 21-30

-The Aspirant must be a graduate

-The age of the aspirant should be 21-30
