Dear There,

NDA Stands for National Defense Academy. NDA exam is conducted to recruit candidates in the three fields / Wings of Indian Defense. The three Wings of Indian Defense are:

a) Indian Army

b) Indian Navy

c) Indian Air Force.

Below are the details on NDA examination:

The UPSC Conducts NDA Examination.

NDA Examination is conducted twice every year in the months of April and August.

The eligibility required for NDA examination are mentioned below :

10+2/Equivalent from any board.

Candidates with any can apply for the examination but if they wish to join Indian Air force / Indian Navy Physics and Mathematics should be the compulsory subjects.

No minimum percentage of marks has been st to be achieved by the candidates in 10+2 / equivalent to apply for the examination. That means candidate with at least minimum qualifying marks apply for the examination.

Age - 16.5 to 19 years. No relaxation is granted to either OBC candidates or SC/ST candidates.

Citizenship - Indian

Sex - Only Male candidates apply for this exam.

Marital Status - Unmarried Candidates.

Process of Examination:

a) Written

b) Interview

c) Medical Test

There is no minimum percentage required for NDA. The eligibility for qualification as stated in the NDA notification is that the candidate must have passed or appeared in Intermediate exam or equivalent.
For Army there is no specification on stream of 12th but for Air Force and Navy,one must have passed 12th with Physics and Maths compulsorily.
Thee is no marks criteria or restriction for NDA or even for CDS exam after Graduation.

Dear friend there is no percentage criteria for NDA exam.

For apply NDA exam the minimum education qualification is 10+2 class pass from a recognized Board.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

NDA exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice time in a year for three wings.

- Army wings

- Navy wings

- Air force Wings

Eligibility criteria for NDA Examination :-

Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

Candidate must have completed 10+2 exam of a recognized School or Board and studying in the final year of 12th examination may also eligible to apply for Army wings.

For Navy / Air force wings:-

Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board.

There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination .

Age limit:-

Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam.

Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam.

There is no percentage required to apply for the NDA examination so you should not worry for the same because any one can apply for the NDA exam with 12th passed in any stream.
So if you want to apply for the NDA examination thebn you must have the eligibility criteria for the same as follows-
NDA means national defence academy examination.
Age should be 16.5 to 19 at the time of the commencement of the course.
12th passed in any stream for the indian armyt.
Physics and maths in class 12th for air force and navy.
Girls are not eligible for the same.
Selection procedure-
Written test.
SSB interview.
Medical examination.

NDA is the exam which is conducted by the upsc twice in an year.
For giving this exam, you need to be a 12th class passed/appeared and your age should be in between 16.5-19 years.
There is no specific requirement for any kind of specific percentage that is required in the class 12th examination.

Friend, NDA exam is held only for the male citizens of India. The age limit for the NDA exam is 16.5-19 years. There are no percentage requirements in this exam. This means that you just need to pass the XII class with any percentage and you are eligible to give this exam. There are no age relaxation for any caste in this exam. After clearing all the written tests and the SSB interviews, you can join the Army/ Navy / the Air Force. ALL THE BEST..

As per UPSC eligibility criteria for NDA there is no minimum marks required for being eligible for NDA examination.

FULL CRITERIA FOR NDA:

-> Candidate must have to pass Class XII examination from recognized board.

-> Candidate have to pass 12th with Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics subjects.

-> Age of the candidate must be within 16.5 to 19 years.

-> Only Unmarried candidate can apply for NDA.

-> Only citizen of India can apply.

-> Candidate must be physically Fit.

SELECTION PROCESS IN NDA:

its very great knowing your dedication towards your country.To inform you that there is no minimum percentage fixed by UPSC for appearing in NDA.So you are eligible to appear appearing NDA and as you havae completed your calss 12th examinations with PCM so you can join any of the forces(army,navy and air force)

The limit for appearing in NDA is 16.5 to 19 years for all categories. So you are eligible to appear for NDA.

there are only a few requirements you have to fulfill to be eligible for the examination.

upsc release its notification twice in a year for nda examination.and if you want to appear in the examination then you have to apply

THERE IS NO PERCENTAGE BARRIER FOR NDA ENTRANCES

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA ENTRANCES IS:

1.candidate must have minimum of 10+2 degree
2. age limit : 16.5 - 19 years
3. unmarried male only
4. physically and mentally fit.
5. candidate should be citizen of India.

NDA exam is conducted twice a year by UPSE

I want to tell you that there is no limit for the percentage in 12th class for NDA exam.
If you have passed the 12th class from a recognized board then you can apply for the NDA exam.
Your age for NDA exam must be in between 16.5-19 years.
You must be Unmarried and citizen of India.

NDA conducted two time in a year by UPSC.

so you have two chances in a year for NDA application.

There is no limit of the percentage for the NDA exam.
You can apply for the NDA exam if you have passed the 12th from a recognized board.
You are now 18 years old so you can apply for the exam.
The upper age limit for NDA exam is 19 years.

And the main thing is YOU MUST HAVE PASSED HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION


So you must have a minimum of 12th class from a recognized university


ONLY UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE EXAM

You must be an Indian Citizen


You must have a minimum of " 16.5 " years

Maximum age is allowed up to " 19 " years


THERE IS NO AGE RELAXATION FOR THE RESERVED CANDIDATES ..

NO PERCENTAGE IS REQUIRED FOR APPLYING IN NDA.

NDA is a combined entry for all three wings of defence.It is for intermediate candidates only.
Hence you need not worry about percentage ,just apply for NDA.

this year it is not possible to write any of NDA-I and NDA-II. because NDA-I is already been conducted on 14-04-2013. and the last date of receipt of application gone on 03-06-2013. So you have to wait for the next month. but i am worried that you might be overaged for the exam next year. please check the notification for NDA-I 2014 to insure you are eligible to apply for exam.
