UPSC Exams conduct by the IAS,IPS,IFS services exams.
You must complete any one of the bachelor degree, then you are eligible for thease exams.
Age must be 21-30
Maximum 4 attempts allowed this exams.
Every year conduct this exams.
Totally 9 papers 2000 marks for written test and 300 marks on interview.

- UPSC conducts Indian Civil Services Exam every year.

- This exam is combined exam.

- This exam is for various group A and B posts for Government of India.

- IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS are popular posts in this exam.

- If you want to give very first prefrence to IPS post then you can do this.

- You will need to fill a form maintaining your prefrences for various posts under this exam.

- This form will be given to you after prelims exam.

- In the form of prelims exam this option is not mentioned.

- The seats will be alloted meritwise, categorywise and availibility of vacant seat.

- If you success to get good rank then you will be given IPS post.

You can choose your preference for any specific service after you clear the prelims.The preference will be asked when you apply for the Mains exam once again after clearing the prelims.You will be given the service of your choice based upon your preference and most importantly based upon your rank in the Mains exam.So try to prepare your best for the Mains if you want to get your desired Service.

during the time of form filling you will get an option of which services to choose with the preference order, ther you must fill ips.

Hey

There are different different post is given in the UPSC application form.
while filing the application form of UPSC civil service exam there is an option given in the form for the post you are applying.
So you just mark on the IPS post in the civil service exams.

You can apply for the exam after graduation from a recog nized university and your age must lies in between 21-30 years.

You can choose Indian Police Service as your First Preference in Civil services Recruitment.

You can join only one exam at one time in civil services exam.

There is same preliminary exam for all civil services exam.

Therefore you can apply Only one exam.

Just Concentrate on IPS exam.

IPS exam stands for Indian Police Service Which is conducted by UPSC.

Your age Should be between 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates.

There is Different Number of Attempts for Different Category.

You must be Indian citizen.

You must be physically as well as mentally fit.

There is some Specific physical standard fro IPS exam.

IPS exam consist Preliminary exam ,Mains exam and Interview.

There you can choose it as your job option .
