This is the entire list of nonobligatory subjects for civil services main examination. you've got to take anyone subject. nonobligatory paper consists of 2 papers of 250 marks every. Click on the topic name to look at its curriculum.

Note: you'll be able to take the literatures of a language as Associate in Nursing nonobligatory subject, as long as you've got graduated within the literature of that individual language because the main subject.

IAS Exam or Civil Services Exam is commenced by UPSC every year.

You will have to clear three stages i.e.

>> Preliminary Exam (CSAT Exam)

>> Mains Exam

>> Personal Interview

Friend if you intend to crack IAS(Indian Administrative services)entrance examination the first you are to complete eligibility.After that you can apply for IAS entrance exam.This exam is conducted by Union Public Service commission every Year.This is the part of Indian Civil Services.First of all to do mains exam first you are to clear
preliminary /CSAT exam.Then you are to choose your viable subjects from the Subjects available as per UPSC.There are more than 21 subjects like, History/geography/Accountancy/Physics and so on...for detail visit http;//www.upsc.gov.in.

IAS ELIGIBILITY:-

1.A Graduate or a final year candidate from the recognized University in any discipline/streams can write UPSC IAS entrance examination.

2.Age: General: 21-30 years, relaxations for OBC: 3 years, S/C S/T: 5 years, PWD: 10 years.

3.Nationality: Indian.

4.Attempts: General: 4 attempts, General/PH: 7 attempts.OBC: 7 attempts. S/c S/T: No limit.

You can choose any of the exam from the following list:-

For IAS you must have a graduation degree from a recognized university and yourage must be lies in between 21-30 years.

Essay-250 marks, language-300 marks,English-300, General studies 1 -250, general studies 2-250, general studies 3- 250, G.S 4 -250
optional subject 1-250,2 - 250. Total-2350.

IAS exam consist Three stages;-

Preliminary exam, Mains exam and Interview

Preliminary exam consist Two papers of General studies.

Mains exam consist;-

2 General Studies Papers and 4 optional subjects papers (2 each)

These 6 papers constitute 1800 marks (300 by 6)
