RAW is the topmost intelligence agency of Government of India. Main function of RAW is to keep strict vigil on threat/danger/enemy before the nation. RAW secretly keeping eye on both internal and external threat before country. As there is no any incident of any direct/open recruitment in RAW in history. The vacant positions in RAW are fulfilled only from the soldiers & officers of existing military and para-military forces. As soldiers & officers who have excellent service record as well as voluntarily expressed their wish to join RAW in written to their higher authority are taken into consideration. So aspirant of joining RAW is advised to join any military or para-military force first of all.
