Will UPSC consider submission of OBC certificate at UPSC CSE mains level? When I applied for UPSC in February I applied as a General Merit candidate. But in May the income limit has been increased to 6 lakhs. Now that I am into OBC category can I claim OBC in mains? Kindly help me out...
