For appearing in UPSC exams you have to follow te eligibility criteria:

Eligibility Criteria:
1. You need to complete or appearing in final year of graduation in any field from recognized college or university.
2. Your age must be within 21 years to 30 years and there is age relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates: 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.
