Your query is incomplete as you have not mentioned the name of the particular UPSC exam for which you want to know the important dates.UPSC stands for the Union public service commission and is responsible for conducting the following examinations every year :

1.Civil services examinations

2.National defense academy exams

3.Special class railway apprentice exam

4.Combined defense services exam

5.Combined medical exams

6.Indian engineering services exams

7.UPSC Geologists exam and some more.

The different examinations are conducted in different months of a year and as you have not provided the name of the particular exam it is very difficult for me to provide you the dates of that exam .

The important dates for the some of the exams are already over for the year 2013.here I am provided the examination calendar for the year 2014 from which you can know the notification of your desired exam which will be conducted in 2014.

UPSC conducts series of examination like Civil Service Examination,Engineering Service Examianation,Combined Defence Services,NDA ,SCRA etc.So different examination has venues.They are also conducted during different periods of time.

Regarding the date and time of examinatons you may visit UPSC official sites (www.upsc.gov.in) and see it from examinations section but regarding palce of examinationypou may it from noifications published by commission in Employment News.

You are in class IXIt is good that you are dreaming of becoaming an IAS.But my sole adivice to you as you are so small is concentrate on your present.Enjoy your life alongwith study.If you dont enjoy it now you are going to have problem in future.See you need to study.But your dream are not so small.

You have to passed tenth and the some serious study in eleventh and twelfth in order to become a doctor.The competition is very tough and you really need to work hard at that stage.After doing five years of good study then only you will beocome a successful doctoir.You need to study their also because your knowledge is going to help other

Then if you wish to become and IAS you may apply for it.You may go through official websites (www.upsc.gov.in) and understand the pattern of examination at that time.See I am telling you all this because till you reach this stage there is lot of time.So you have to go step by step.Having goal in mind is good but you have to go step by step in order to achieve your dreams.So better concentrate on today and make your present better and it will help in future to boost your confidence that you have make your past better while enjoying it.And make you more approchable towrds your goals.
