Hello

Yes there is a entry in Indian Air Force for Pre-final years of students of engineering.

The entry name is UES(University Entry Scheme).

Engineering stream studying in 3rd year of the course.

Age limit-18 to 28 years
At the time of commencement of the course.

But candidates below the age of 25 years should b unmarried.

Only Men Entry.

Grant of Permanent Commission.

The entry notification is released through AFCAT every December.

yes friend, being in the pre final of your engineering or graduation, you can apply for the air force exam, the AFCAT and the CDS.
For giving the exam for the air force wing, you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.
You need to be a graduate or pursuing graduation in which you should be having physics and mathematics as your main subjects in graduation and your age should be in the limit of 19-23 years.

Yes prefinal year engineering student can apply for the UES to get into the indian air force so for that a candidate needs to be be 19 to 24 years of age.
UES stands for the university entry scheme and if you like to apply for the same then you need to fill the form for the same and after that you will get the call for the SSB interview directly as there is no written examination after the application procedure.
So if you like to apply for the same then you need to be good physical and mentally because to clear the ssb interview it is highly recommended.
If you are unable to qualify the ssb then you can go for the CDS examination after the final years examination or during the final year of the examination for the same.
CDS stands for the combined defence servioces examination which is conducted twice in a year to recruit the candidates in any of the feild of the defence.
Your age needs to be 19 to 23 years for the indian air force.
selection procedure is-
Written examination.
SSB interview.
Medical examination.
