IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services.

I would like to tell you that the success behind any of the competitive exam not only IAS but if you talk about any exam , the only thing that is going to work is your hard work, hard work and hard work.

You need to have confidence that you can crack the exam and put in your dedication.

If you can do hard work, prepare honestly then you do not need to look here and there to find out the answer of this question.

Just make a study plan and stick to it.

If you do not find comfortable preparing self then join a good coaching centre.

Their test series will help you in finding your weakness and strengths and accordingly then you can work out.

See friend there is nothing impossible in this world.

You just have to move a little out form your omfort zone and then you can crack any exam.

As you must be knowing competition is growing day by day and so you can not just think of wasting even a single day.

Prepare from today itself.

Just have a look on the eligibility criteria to make it clear that you are eligible for the exam:-

If you have done your graduation or are in your final year then you can sit for the exam.

It does not matter at all which subjects you had in your graduation.

Neither the percentages make any difference.

You must be between 21 to 30 yrs of age if youbelong to General category.

OBC candidates are given 3 yrs of upper age limit relaxation.

SC/ST candidates are given 5 yrs of upper age limit relaxation.

PH candidates are given 10 yrs of upper age limit relaxation.

There is no secret to crack the IAS examination only the dedication towars this examination can make the candidates qualify this examination so if you are searching for the shortcut methods to qualify this examination then you are completely misplaced from the target.
So here are some tips to crak the exam.
If you want to crack the IAS examinatiopn then first of all the basic stage you need to qualify and that will be the CSAT examination.
In CSAT 2 general studies papers will be there so you need to qualify that before you apply for the same.
If you qualify the same then you will be able to write the mains because mains is the toughest thing to crack.
Into the mains there will be the optional subjects requirement so try to choose the subject that you have interest in it.
If you are not interested in any of the things then you cannot research on the same.
So in the Mains exam there will be 9 papers and each of the paper total marks will be 2000.
So if you qualify the mains then interview is guaranteed for you.
so it will be better for you to have a good preperation for the same because ther no tricks will work according to me bcause questions are multiple choice.

IAS(Indian Administrative Services)one of the most repectable and highest job servcies in government servcies for which recruitment of candidates done through civil service examination.Civil service examination is conducted by UPSC every year for recruitment of candidate for government services.Civil Services examination is not a game or passing school exams.You need to be extra ordianarily better in order to perform in it.

There is no shortcut for sucess in this examination.Only key ingredient for success in this examination is smart hardwork, motivation,willingness to success,better guidance and ability ti succeed.Practice ,daily revision and dedication to make it inspite of the hurdles come in your way.It is all your dreams.You have to set deadlines and complet te them.You should give several mock tests and analyaze your weakness and worked on them.

All above I said you is looking philsosophy.But these are words which can change your way of thinking if you feel them.They have great potential.So now I will tell you something how you should proceed.First you should made a habit of visiting UPSC official websites(www.upsc.gov.in).From there you may know the dates of examination,examination question paper of previous years, and get syllabus.Generally syllabus are coming in UPSc notification in Employment News.Further Know the pattern of examination.What is the syllabus of it.Whether it is Objective or subjective.IN how many stages of examination are conducted.Sekect your optional and the start you preparation.

Most important things that you keep yourself motivated while doing this because preparation will take a long time and infact examination is conducted ofr more than a year.So keeping your motivation alive is must
