Yes, A Nepali citizen apply for Engineering Services Exam in India. IES is an exam conducted for Engineering Services. The eligibility required for IES examinations are:

* Graduation in Engineering

* Post Graduation in Science (Mathematics should be one compulsory subject)

* Age Limit - 21-30 years

21-33 years for OBC

21-35 years for SC/ST.

Citizenship - Indian , or , A subject of Nepal / Bhutan.

I am sorry to say but being a nepali citizen, you cannot give the indian engineering services.
For giving the indian engineering services, you need to be a citizen of india and you should be a graduate from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years.
There is a relaxation of 3 and 5 years provided to the obc and the sc.st category respectively.
The exam is conducted by the upsc.

Hi,

To join IAS/IPS officer, A candidates must be citizen of India.

For Other Services;-

(1) For the Indian Administrative Service and the Indian Police Service, a candidate must be a citizen of India.

(2) For other services, a candidate must be either:

A citizen of India, or

a subject of Nepal, or

a subject of Bhutan, or

a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India

Your age should be between 21-30 years. There is age relaxation for Reserved category candidates.

You must be citizen of India.

yes, Nepali citizen eligible on IES Exams, Candidates should be complete on any one Engg branches,
age must complete on 21 years.
Upper age limits are 30 for General category.
3 years relaxation on BC/MBCs.
5 years relaxation on SC/STs.
10 years relaxation on physical ability candidates.

I have found in website that a subject of nepal is eligible. what does a subject of nepal really indicates? if you could reply or give me proper information it would be a great thanks to you. thank you
