2. Offline

1. Online: UPSC has provided the facility to candidates to apply the application form online. For filling the application form online visit the following official Link:

2. Offline: you can also buy the application form for UPSC SCRA exam from the head post office.

as mentioned in the advertisement of SPECIAL CLASS RAILWAY APPRENTICE EXAMINATION which is released by upsc that you are only permitted to fill the application form only online mode because there is no any other mode of application form will be accepted by upsc and your candidature will cancel .

and fill the application form according to the guidance given in the notification of the examination.

Yes you can apply for the scra

You can apply for the exam in two ways

Online as well as in the offline mode

So choose the option or mode in which you want to apply

If you are applying offline :

Purchase a form and fill the form

And submit the form in the post office

If you are applying Online :

First open the website of the upsc

And then after that choose the option scra

And choose the form for which you want to apply

And fill your details and submit the form

And pay the fee through SBI Net banking or challan

If you want to apply for upsc Special Class Railway Apprentice examination then you have to log on to www.upsconline.nic.in. In this website you will see the link of online examination for various exam of upsc. Click in this link and you will apply online for scra exam.

But if you want to apply offline scra exam then you can buy the application form at post-office. After that by the requirement you can fill and post that form.
