Yes, Air Force Academy comes under NDA. It also comes under CDS. Both are examination conducted by UPSC to recruit candidates in Indian Defense Services. Both examinations are conducted twice in a year.

Hai,Yes friend Airforce is also comes under NDA(National Defence Academy), this exam conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.NDA has three wings:-Indian navy,Indian army,Indian airforce.Eligibility details:-The candidate should be complete 12th standard from any recognised board or university.You should be a citizen of India.The applicants age should be in between 16.5 years to 19 years, no relaxation in age.Candidate should be physically fit.Only unmarried and male candidates are eligible.Girls are not eligible.No need of percentage restrictions.Selection process:-Written exam,SSB interview,Medical test.All the best.

yes my dear friend air force comes under the NDA exam,
for appearing in the NDA exam it is necessary for you to follow up the eligibility criteria.
The eligibility criteria for giving this exam is that you need to be a 12th class appeared/passed and your age should not be less than years and not more than 19 years.
Now if you are appearing under the air force wing then it is also compulsory for you to be having physics and mathematics as your main subjects in class 12th.

The acronym for NDA is National Defense Academy.


Yes, Air Force Academy comes under NDA entrance examination. But, it also comes under CDS(Combined Defense Services) entrance examination.


NDA examination is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) twice every year in the months of April and August as NDA-I and NDA-II respectively.


NDA examination is conducted for these three wings mentioned as below:-

* Indian Navy.

* Indian Air Force.

* Indian Army.


The eligibility criteria required for the Air Force examination are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of 12th with PCM from any recognized board.

* Final year contenders are also eligible.

* Percentage criteria is not required.

* Age limit:- 16.5-19 yrs.

yes, sir Air Force also comes under NDA exam. The exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year named NDA-I and NDA-II. NDA exam is conducted for the posts in Air Force, Navy and Army.

NDA exam is held in two phases:
1. Written
2. SSB



for Air Force and navy you need 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent and for Army you need 12th in any discipline from recognized board or College . you can also apply for the exam while pursuing in 12th.




for NDA your age must be within 16.5 years to 19 years. there is no relaxation for any category.


for NDA you must be Indian citizen. and you must be Physically and Mentally strong.

Yes it comes under NDA because if you apply for the indian air force then you will get the admission in the national defence defence academy pune, but after the completion of the course you will be sended for the training in the Air force academy so it also comes under the NDA examination .
So never get the misconception that it is different from any of the indian air force.

YES IT COMES UNDER NDA.

Let me tell you something about NDA.
NDA-National Defense Academy is a entry for all three wings.

Indian Air Force.
Indian Army.
Indian Navy.

Now as it is a combined entry for defense,it is obvious that NDA have arrangements for entry in all three wings.
NDA is specially for class 10+2 or intermediate aspiring candidates.

NDA-Air Force-Air Force Academy.

Qualification-10+2 passed with physics and maths .

Age limit-16.5 years to 19 years.

NDA entry in AFA-For Flying Branch,that is for pilot post.

NDA is a Permanent Commission entry to AFA.

A service of 30 years in Air Force.

Airforce comes under NDA.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

The exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

The exam is just not for any one particular wing.

This exam is conducted for the entrance into 3 wings of defence i.e, Army, Airforce and Navy.

While filling up the form for NDA you should mark Airforce option as your first priority.

The same exam is for this only so syllabus and selection procedure is same,
although something may differ during Interview.

But written exam for NDA is same for all wings.

SELECTION CRITERIA:-

WRITTEN EXAM

The exam is objective type.

SSB (SERVICE SELECTION BOARD)

It is same for all wings but for Airforce you have to appear for one extra test i.e Pilot aptitude test. If you qualify this then only you move towards other stages.

INTERVIEW

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

You must have completed your 10+2 schooling from a recognised University.

Those who are in their appearing year are also eligible for the exam.

Your age must be between 16.5 to 19 years.

For that exam you should be graduate and also can apply in last year of graduation.

Your age must be under 19-23 years.

For NDA exam you must be pass your 12th and also can apply in 12th.

For NDA exam your age must be under 16.5-19 years.
