Dear There,

SCRA is Special Class Railway Apprentice. The exam is conducted every year by the UPSC. The eligibility criteria for SCRA examination are as follows:

* Candidates with 12th board qualification.

* PCM should be the compulsory subject

* Age of candidate falls between 17-21 years if belongs to General Category.

* OBC candidates are granted 3 years relaxation in upper age limit where SC/ST candidates are granted 5 years.

Only relaxation in age is granted to SC/ST category. There is no any reservation in seats is granted to these category candidates.

Dear Friend,

For SCRA exam you should have to passed your 12th and also 12th appearing students are eligible.

Your age must be under 17-21 years.
3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates and 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

You should be physically good.

Male/Female both are eligible.

## The minimum educational qualification required to apply for Special Class Railway Apprentices(SCRA) examination is 12th pass in 1st or 2nd division with Mathematics and other subject as Physics/Chemistry from recognised institution
## Age limit to apply for SCRA examination is 17-21 years & the age relaxations are
->3 years for OBC candidates
->5 years for SC/ST candidates
## And the candidate must be physically,medically fit as per government rules

I am sorry to say but there is no reservation provided to the sc/st category students in the SCRA examination which is conducted by the upsc.
For giving this exam you need to be a 12th class passed/appeared and physics chemistry and mathematics should be your main subjects in class 12th.
The age limit for giving this exam is 17-21 years.

SCRA is the exam conducted by UPSC once in a year for recruiting candidate as railway officials in the mechanical department of the Indian railway.
The job entrance test is conducted on the National level.

Eligibility:

*The candidate must be the citizen of India.

*Age limit is 16-21 years.

*SC/ST candidate s have 5 years age relaxation.

*The candidate must have passed intermediate with is mathematics and one of the subject of physics o chemistry.
