After completing your 12th you can apply for the Special Class Railway Apprentices (SCRA) exam but not before that...

This exam is also conducted by the UPSC every year..

To apply for this exam you must have following eligibility criteria....

12th from a recognized board...

Age between 17 to 21 years.

Relaxation in age is available for the candidates coming under reserved categories...

Nationality must be an Indian.

And candidates must be physically fit.

Yes, you are eligible for SCRA exam.

SCRA stands for Special Class Railways Apprentices , Conducts by Union Public Service Commission once in every year.

For that exam you should have to passed your 12th and also 12th appearing students are eligible.

You must be under 17-21 years.

Male/Female both are eligible.

You should be physically good.

You must be citizen of India.

No ,a 12th appearing student can not appear SCRA (Special Class Railway Apprentices)UPSC entrance examination.This SCRA entrance examination is conducted by UPSC every year for Railway departments.To complete this exam,
you must follow Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry.

To appear a 12th standard from the recognized board having science background with PCM or any subject can write UPSC SCRA entrance examination.

Yes you can apply for the SCRA exam.As the exam is conducted in the month of january
one can appear for the exam .
Age:17-21
sc/st:5 years relaxations.
obc:3 years relaxations.
disabled:10 years relaxations.

Required Educational Qualification :

For applying for the SCRA examination candidate must have completed 12th examination Or Graduate degree course with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as their degree subjects.

So, friend you are NOT eligible for the SCRA examination because you are still appearing for the for the 12th itself.

Yes, my friend you can surely be seated for SCRA exam but on the the basis of a condition that it should be mandatory to be a student of Science Stream that is it is mandatory to have subject-PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY,MATHEMATICS .

yes, sir candidates studying in 12th are also eligible to apply for UPSC SCRA exam. SCRA stands for Special Class Railways Apprentices Exam. The exam is conducted by UPSC every year. The exam is of Intermediate Level. The candidates who clears the exam with high grade appointed for various posts in Indian Railways. Excellent pay is given to candidates who are appointed in Railways.

for SCRA you must have completed or pursuing in 12th with Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry from recognized Board or college.

for SCRA your age must be within 17 years to 21 years. there is also applicable relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST aspirants.

Important dates of SCRA exam in 2014:

date of Notification: 05.10.2013
last date of receipt of application: 04.11.2013
date of exam: 12.01.2014

YES, you are eligible to apply for the SCRA exams.

Education required to apply for the SCRA exams is:
12th Class or Intermediate pass with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry in class 12th.
OR

Graduation pass with subjects Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry


Age-
Minimum 17 years
Maximum 21 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

SCRA exams would be held on 12th January 2014
Forms would be released by UPSC on 5th October 2013

Sorry, you can not apply for SCRA exam while appearing in 12th class for that you have to complete your 12th class.

Eligibility:

*The candidate must have completed its intermediate with mathematics and one of the subjects of physics or chemistry.

*Age limit is 16-24 years.

*The candidate must be the citizen of India.

*The candidate must be physically fit as per the norms.

## The minimum educational qualification required to apply for Special Class Railway Apprentices(SCRA) examination is 12th pass in 10+2 pattern with mathematics & physics/chemistry as one of the subject from recognised institution
## As you have not completed 12th standard i.e., still appearing the exam, it is sorry to say that, you are not eligible to apply for SCRA examination
## Age limit to apply for SCRA EXAM is 17-21 years and the age relaxations are as per government regulations

No a 12th appearing candidate is not eligible to apply for Special Class Railway Apprentices(SCRA) Examination.

You have to pass Class XII(Senior Secondary) examination in order to apply for SCRA.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR SCRA:

-> Candidate have to pass Class XII board examination from recognized Board.

-> Candidate have to pass 10+2 exam with Mathematics and any one of Physics and Chemistry.

-> Candidate have to Pass Class XII examination in either first or Second division.

-> Candidates who have pass First year of B.Sc degree with any on of Physics,Chemistry or Mathematics can apply for SCRA.

-> Age of the candidate must be at least 17 years and must not exceed 21 years as on 1st August of the year of Examination. For OBC candidate upper limit of age is 24 years and 26 years for SC/ST candidates.

-> Candidate have to a citizen of India or Subject of Nepal or Bhutan.

-> Candidate have to Physically Fir person.

Surely

You can apply for the S.C.R.A. exam

For that you must have a minimum of " 12th " class from a recognized university

So for that the minimum age must be " 17 " years

And the maximum age is allowed up to " 21 " years


of course there will be an age relaxation for the reserved candidates

For OBC -- 3 years

For SC / ST -- 5 years

And there will be an Age relaxation for the Physically handicapped candidates also

You must be an Indian Citizen

S.C.R.A. --- Special Class Railway Apprentice Exam

And this SCRA exam is conducted by the " Union Public Service Commission "
