Sorry, no chance...you should complete your graduation or atleast you should be in the final year of your course to take up the upsc exam... being in 3rd year of your course you can't expect to take up the exam and get into the post because as per the eligibility criteria UPSC demands a degree in any stream by the recognised university and if you take exam when you are in the final year by the time upsc announces the results you will be having your degree in your hand and hence it meets the required eligibility...Hope you are pleased by this reply .....Thank you ...ALL THE BEST

Next year you are eligible on UPSC Exam, because. final year/degree graduate only eligible on this exam.
next year you are on final year degree students.
present year you are not attend the exam.
Eligibility :
candidates must be on Indian,
complete any one bachelor degree on Recognized university,
age between on 21----30 years.
