For that exam candidate should be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.

Candidate must be under 21-30 years.

Candidate must be citizen of India.

General candidates has 4 attempts where as BC candidates has 7 attempts and SC/ST candidates has no limit.

Eligibility for UPSC Civili Service Examination 2013
