Upsc : Means Union Public Service Commission

And the department is conducting the various exams

Every year for the different posts and you can apply for

All the posts or for the exams for which graduation is required

As you can apply for the exams like cds and cse

As you can write the most reputed and most high profile exam

The civil services exam and the exam is also conducted

By the department every year

Eligibility Required for the exam :

-The Aspirant should be pass in the degree of graduation

-The Aspirant of the final year of degree can also apply

-The Aspirant just need to be pass in the graduation with passing marks

Age Limits :

-The candidate age should be between 21-30

-And for the obc it should be between 21-33

-And for the sc,st it is 21-35

-For the ph 21-40

Attempts :

-Their is no limit for the sc,st

-And for the obc 7

-For the general it is 4 attempts

U.P.S.C. stands for Union Public Service Commission. It is a central authorized agency to conduct various examinations.
These examinations are :-

--Civil Services Examination,
--INDIAN FOREST SERVICE EXAM
--Indian engineering service exam
--Combined Defense Services Examination,
--National Defence Academy Examination, Naval Academy Examination
--Combined Medical Services Examination.

The date of examination is different for all examinations.
To know about all examination dates visit :- http://www.upsc.gov.in/
As you are a graduate you can apply for most of the exams which is conducted by U.P.S.C.

You can attained combined medical service exam, civil service exam.

But you can not give Indian Engineering service exam as it is conducted only for engineering students.
