sorry to say but it is not possible to retrieve roll number of upsc prelims 2011,

because the roll numbers are removed by the official after the exam is conducted,

but if you really in need of your roll no. then the way is that you can contact the officials of upsc,
after talking with them only you can know weather you will get your roll n. or not,
it totaly depends upon the officials,

Sorry to say that it is not possible

To get the admit card of the exam that was

Held in the 2011 as the now at present their is no way

To get the roll.no. and you have no way to get it

But if you want any admit card any other exam upsc

Just go to the website of the upsc and select the option

Of the result which you want to see

There is no way to retrieve your roll no.
After registration you have received an email with the details.
Check your email-id.
You may find your roll no. there.
