Hi Aspirant,

Of course friend you can be a district collected.


Disability is not matter in civil service exam.

Even you will get the age relaxation of 10 years in age criteria.

You can be appear in CSE exam with following criteria

You must have graduation degree in any branch from recognized university.

No certain marks required.

Age should be 21 to 30 years

Age relaxation for you 10 years

You must be Indian


Attempts in civil exam

For general 4 attempts

For SC/ST no limit

For OBC 3 attempts


You can apply for CSE exam through UPSC official website www.upsconline.nic.in

The UPSC gives some privileges to the PH candidates in their ages, chances to appear the examination and also in cut off marks. But a ph candidates can not be directly claim for the IAS or any type of posts. Therefore, he has to appear the examination and qualify it.
