    Hi Dear

    CBSE is abbreviation for Central Board of Secondary Education & UPSC is abbreviation for Union Public Service Commission.

    Both these bodies are different and have no major relation.

    While CBSE is regulatory body for School education and common Entrance Exams for Medical & Engineering studies;
    UPSC conducts different competitive Exams for recruitment of Officers in various government departments.

    You must have heard of IAS Officers, they are recruited through Civil Services Exam which is conducted by UPSC.

    So CBSE is there to manage your school studies and also to conduct common entrance exams for college.
    While UPSC is here to conduct entrance exams for people who wish to work as government officials.

    Hope it answers your query.......

    Hi

    CBSE-- CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION

    UPSC -- UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

    CBSE organized the exams like AIEEE,IIT,NEET,PMT AIIMS etc.which are based on the secondary levels.
