yes you can prepare yourself in hindi language for upsc IAS exam
you can give the upsc IAS exam in hindi also.
being a BA graduate you fulfilled the basic eligibility to apply for upsc exams .also your age should be between 21-30 years .

As you care a B.A. final year student, you can appear the UPSC examination, because the passed or appeared the final year examination students can appear to the UPSC examination. But you must attained the age of 21-30years. Lastly, you can also appear the examination in Hindi medium. Thank you....

yes you are give the exam in the Hindi medium. which language is published/approved in the indian constitution 22 language, you give the any language exam .

the question paper is delivered in the language of the English and Hindi.

the graduation stream or the medium of the graduation is no matter for the exam.

so don't worry you start your prepartion for the exam-2013.

which application form is available in the month of Dec-2102 or Jan-2013.

the age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years.

age relaxation for the reserve category.
